Alternative Launch Environments
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the group was unable to get an iPad/Android developers to provide input on alternative launch environments.
However, the group did discuss the possibility of using a more general definition of AU content location and then requiring the LMS to generate a launch line in a specific way depending on the environment.
Other possibilities include using multiple URLs (one for each environment).
These options will be fully discussed once the alternate environments are fully understood.
Course Structure Specification
The group agreed to change the data element names listed in the course structure specification to follow a “leading lowercase” naming convention as is used for JSON object names in the CMI-5 Runtime Specification to be consistent (within CMI-5 and with XAPI conventions).
