The group discussed the following:

LMS Developer Tips

How to meet cmi5 requirements with an LRS (as an LMS developer) – (Possible paper or narrative)

1. Develop LRS or use 3rd party LRS
2. Add cmi5 functions
3. How to do that? (what are the requirements)
4. General approach: relay statements from your xAPI service to an external LRS

Agent Profile Issues

• Agent Profile Requirements can’t be verified in the (automated) test suite0
• Accessibility (Agent Profile)
  • LMS to Communicate to AU Accessibility requirements
  • Accessibility specs for classification
  • Other specs? Content behavior…
• Move Agent Profile out of cmi5? Manage agent profile ?
• Agent Profile features not an LMS requirement
• The AU MUST retrieve the Learner Preferences document from the Agent Profile on startup.
• Agent profile is an “Extra call” for initialization. (some feel this is an unnecessary burden)
