CATAPULT

The group talked through a couple of small issues with CATAPULT that Brian Miller agreed to push a Pull Request to fix.

xAPI Profile (JSON LD) for cmi5

Began to create Statement Templates in the xAPI Profile Server for the cmi5 Verbs (finished 4 of 9)

Created some draft templates
