cmi5 Sandstone status

Discussed issues with regards to extensions on Course Structure (cmi5.xml) file.
Agreed to proposal/pull request by Severin Neumann for XSD namespace as the mechanism for extension.

Discussed solicitation for credit/acknowledgement for all of the cmi5 contributors since the project inception in 2010.

Added the following to both specifications.

• Version Identification
• Disclaimer indicating that this is a “develop

Added miscellaneous editorial pull requests.

Sandstone release announcement from ADL pending.
