cmi5 Working Group Meeting Minutes – March 2nd

cmi5 conformance testing

The group determined that "Review Mode" testing was specific to AU (cmi5 content) testing not LMS testing. (The group is currently focusing on LMS tests)

The drafted tests for the following test scenarios:

• A course with all Default moveOn criteria (4 AU's)
• A course with masteryScore (1 AU)

To date, the following LMS Test Scenarios have been drafted:

1. Individual AU Test (Simple) Simple Launch (Initial and re-entrant) (completed)
2. Individual AU Test (One Entrance - Passed) - Simple Launch (one launch pass)
3. Individual AU Test (Abandoned – AU crash After Launch) Simple Launch (Abandoned – Single AU crash After Launch)
4. Individual AU Test (2 AU Course - Abandoned) - Simple Launch (abandoned 2AU’s)
5. Individual AU Test (Terminate – Then write more)
6. Block of AU’s Test (Satisfaction Roll-up) - A course with a single block (at Root) with 2 AU’s
7. 9 Blocks of AU’s - MoveOn Default Mixed with Completion/Passed MoveOn (Roll-up at course)
8. 2 Blocks of AU’s - Default MoveOn Criteria (entire Course) – Satisfied at Registration Time
9. MasteryScore Test (1 AU)

Discussion for next meeting

The group will revisit the existing test scenarios and add the applicable testing cmi5 testing requirements reference numbers to each test scenario. (e.g."cmi5_8.1_1", "cmi5_8.1_3", etc.)
