xAPI Profile Specification
The group reviewed the Pull Request for xAPI profile specification.
Question of version – does the category context activity (ID) for cmi5 need to change when version rolls ?
xAPI Profiles does not have statement validation – This would be done by tools that have not been developed yet.
Outstanding Issues
The group reviewed and closed the following issues:
- #709 - What is the best practice for returnURL and launchMethod?
- #710 - What is the best practice for the endpoint URL, with or without a trailing slash?
- #714 - What is the best practice for terminated statement?
- #754 - should cmi5 normative json-ld profile be in AICC repo?
- #755 - Define RDF terms for CourseStructure elements and relationships
- #760 - xAPI Profile Rules - Composable Templates and Statement Template Satisfaction (via Statement Template Validator)
- #756 - cmi5 course registration vs xapi context.registration
- #740 - Best Practice 1: why parent?
The group updated the labels for the following issues
- Add To Best Practices Document: #715 - What is the best practice for when to send completed or passed statements?
- Table Discussion: #739 - Images in course structure
