cmi5 conformance testing

The group discussed how the testsuite interface may have multiple consoles for inspecting the LRS.

"AUx" would be an inspection console to the LRS with alternative credentials (if necessary) to access statements from the LMS.

Group discussed related activities in the IEEE LTSC - xAPI TAG and the new IEEE ICICLE group
