cmi5 conformance testing

The group agreed to develop a simple Unit test procedure first for individual AU tests and them use that as a "building block" for more comprehensive testing procedures.

External Groups

Group discussed related activities in the new IEEE ICICLE group. Andy Johnson will attend and report back to the group.
