(cmi5) jsonld - xAPI Profile ID Alignment
The group discussed how to better align the xAPI-profiles ID for future revisions of the the cmi5 specification. It was generally agreed that the cmi5 category id (as defined in section 9.6.2.1) should NOT be changed in future revisions. Instead, to better align with the xAPI-profiles specification, the group should consider added an additional category id to use for profile identification. Since existing cmi5 category id only covers "cmi5 defined" statements, adding an ADDITIONAL category id that is used for both "cmi5 allowed" AND cmi5 "defined" have the benefit of not "breaking" current reporting data and providing better alignment with the xAPI-profiles specification.

The group began making corrections and adding scope note per last meeting's discussions.
