Notes

The group discussed various topics relating to AU error conditions and managing attempts.

• Adding a "moveOnAllowed" property to the course structure (which was previously proposed) was discussed as a possible method.
• What should an AU do when it gets launched in a state that is cannot support? The following scenarios were discussed:
  • Prevent Launch
  • Just send Terminated and Exit
  • Add extensions to statements indicating why it failed"
• Error conditions as statements or Extensions?
• LMS administrator use cases:
  • The "Admin" is whoever is providing access to the content?
  • Who should limit number of launches (LMS or AU, both)?
• Possible LMS (Registration Life Cyle) Statements
  • Registration Started
  • Registration Ended
  • Registration Cancelled
