Pull Requests
The group approved the following pull requests (best practices and spec clarifications):
- #748 - Adjust best practice 15

#747 - Update to best practice #1
- This was discussed at length with a change made to retain the use of the "parent" property.
- The Objectives use case doesn't explictly fit the properties (parent, grouping, category, other)
- An xAPI search of objectives data could be done with “related activities”
- #746 - Add AU initialize behavior to the Conceptual Model
- #744 - Remove xAPI section reference for Activity Profile API.
- #742 - Polish sample heading
- #741 - Fix language preferences in samples
The group discussed Pull Request #749 at length, it proposed a change to the "reason" extension making it a "language map" and the addition "error" extentsion. And alternative aproach was proposed where "reason" would be as follows:
- "Reason" (a machine readable code) + "Reason Explanation" (Human readable with a Language Map)
This approach could serve a structure for more statments beyond Wavied (like Abandoned, and other unforseen use cases)
Since this is new functionality it will be considerded for a future release of the spec after more discussion.
