cmi5 spec issues
The project CATAPULT team has found issues in the cmi5 specification and requested clarification with regards to Course Structure vs Course Package definitions. Sections 6.1 and 14 will require revisions to address these issues.
The group extensively discussed these issues extensively and deferred final resolution until draft language to clarify was completed.
