cmi5 Conformance Testing
Add testing requirements checks to scenarios
The group added all missing testing requirements to scenarios except for course structure specific testing requirements
cmi5_9.5.3_4
The group agreed to update testing requirement cmi5_9.5.3_4 to exclude waived :
cmi5_9.5.3_4 Learning Management System (LMS): The LMS must not include the " completion" property for (cmi5 defined) statements other than waived and completed
