The group discussed how to promote cmi5 participation with iMeetCentral:

• Our website Prescence - https://sagroups.ieee.org/9274-3-1/
• Add instruction on getting an accounts
• Make an ical / ics file for added to Outlook (add links etc. what we are about)
• How are timezones indicated for iMeeting.

Participation Flow:

1. Promote the Webpage
2. Distributing ICAL / ICS file
3. Get users to create iMeeting Account / Subscribe to Listserv
