The group reviewed the issues backlog to identify possible updates for the pending IEEE cmi5 specification.
The following issues were reviewed and closed:
- Issue # 696 - Development branch should be renamed main from quartz Further Discussion Needed
- Issue # 708- What are the best practices for the LMS implementing a means to edit course structures? Further Discussion Needed
- Issue # 600- Relocate moveOn to contextActivities.other
The following issues were reviewed and marked for further consideration in the IEEE specification:
- Issue #589 - Add cmi5 Objectives to LMS.LaunchData State document
- Issue #605 - Make AU support of moveOn criteria at runtime mandatory
- Issue #614 - entitlementKey data type Add To Best Practices
- Issue #620 - Duplicate requirements for fetch
- Issue #622 - auth-token definition duplicate requirements
- Issue #624 - 8.2.3.2 Allowed error-code values
- Issue #630 - 9.3.9 - SHOULD NOT issue multiple "Satsified" statements
- Issue #637 - 13.0 Section as Requirements
- Issue #731 - languagePreference would be much easier to handle as an array
Other Possible New Features Discussed:
- Add the cmi5.xmnl course structure to State Document (LMS.LaunchData) so that AU's can discover other AU's in a course
