The group discussed how we might engage vendors for input to the cmi5 specification
Vendor Outreach
Outreach is needed for vendor feedback to improve the specification and drive more adoption (especially addressing potential “barriers to entry”)
- ADL as a forum for Vendor Outreach.
- Individual Presentations at Conferences (Dev Learn, Learning Solutions, ATSD etc.)
- Promotion of cmi5 spec vs “awareness” – what is IEEE policy on that? (What are we allowed to do within policy for “outreach”
