Org Owners can clone multiple projects from one project template and thereby create in bulk up to a maximum of 20 projects at once.

In order to create projects in bulk, the Org Owner must first create a project template.

To create a Template Project:

• Go to Add New Project under the Projects tab in Organisations

• Complete the details. Enter the Title of the project, select the Project Managers, the Transcription Source, the Translation Source and the Voice Over Source, and click on Create Project.

The new project will be visible under the Projects tab. This newly created project will be used as the tenplate to create more projects in bulk, i.e. all details entered in step 2 while creating the template project will remain the same for all projects that will be created in bulk at one go, except for the project title.

To Create Bulk Projects:

• Go to Create Bulk Porjects under the Projects tab in Organisations

• Select the Number of Projects and enter the total number of projects to be created in bulk.
• Under Project Template from the drop down menu, select the project that is to be used as template for the bulk creation.

• Enter the Project Titles for the projects listed below to be created and click on Create Project.
