Goals of the Hybris Maven Plugin

The plugin should package every extension into an own archive file.
This will not only allow to build the Hybris suite on a dedicated build server and to deploy it to the target system when build is finished, it also will make recompiling the whole Hybris suite redundant, if you changed only a few extensions, because you only have to recompile the affected packages.
It should restructure the hybris suite in that way that it can be imported, compiled and run with maven.
Restructuring the Hybris suite to Maven plugins would make the whole suite more portable so it would be able to import and develop it with other IDEs than Eclipse. Also Maven is more standardized than ANT, so it would make it easier for other developers to list all dependencies of an extension and to understand the build process of the suite.
