Tweaks the Just Enough Items integration module of Applied Energistics 2 to make it possible to order all missing items from the recipe grid, provided they're all craftable. Shift+Ctrl+Click would also automatically skip the Crafting Plan menu if all requirements are satisfied.

This makes it possible to avoid littering your ME Network with pointless one-off Encoded Patterns.
