Name	Home Page
Description	As a user, I want to access the home page without needing to log in, so that I can learn about the platform’s features and navigate to the main sections.
Acceptance Criteria	1. When a user accesses the system URL, they must see the home page without needing to log in. 2. The page should display: - System name (PARKALIA). - Brief description of the platform. - Main features (vehicle management, zone availability, reservations, payments). - Navigation menu. 3. The user must be able to easily navigate to: - Login page. - Registration page. - Public information sections (if applicable).
