Description	As a citizen, I want to reserve a parking spot in an available zone, so I can guarantee my space before arriving.
Acceptance Criteria	1. The system must allow selecting a zone and reserving a spot. 2. It must validate that spots are available before confirming the reservation. 3. It must associate the reservation with the user's registered vehicle. 4. It must display a confirmation message with the reservation details. 5. It must update the zone's available spots after reserving. 6. It must not allow double reservations for the same time slot.
