Failure of ReconSST task

The stdout/stderr job logs from "UMRCF-wrapper.sh" are in the usual place,

• accessdev:/home/548/jtl548/cylc-run/au-aa461/log/job/2015081406/ReconSST/01/job.err

The output from "stage_1_submit" is,

• accessdev:/home/548/jtl548/cylc-run/au-aa461/log/job/2015081406/ReconSST/01/job.UM/xbjiq000.xbjiq.d16140.t143342.rcf.leave

The last lines of this UM output has,

This indicates that for some reason the script, "umuisubmit_rcf" was deleted.
