• Large, binary files should be under ~access/nwp , and preferably a matching directory under svn should contain the creation scripts

• Each directory should contain a README script outlining the sort of data found in this directory

  • a matching entry shuold appear in the Wiki associated with the repository

• Files such as Station Lists that are regularly updated, and which one to be used depends on both the OPS version and the forecast basedate should be kept individually

  • this allows the version numbers (in the filename) to match the Met Office version numbers
  • a seperate script matches basedates and appropriate input file
