• Peter Steinle introduced what the Working Group's role and responsibilities are, as outlined in Utilities Working Group portal and in ticket 228

• Currently priorities are reflected in the systems currently being developed. No need for change at this stage.
• Future updates, ticket 229

• There was discussion on managing data sets for testing utilities, ticket 230

• How to allow flexibility to add new packages, but also keep track of precise configurations is unclear.
• Further discussion, ticket 231

• Critical existing systems will need to begin introducing & recording testing from now on
• The plans are outlined in ticket 232

• ISS would prefer software to be managed by modules, but it is not clear what and how.
• This is discussed in ticket 233
