Installing modules on accessdev

accessdev doesn't support the standard NCI module environment. However modules essential to rose/cylc suites may be installed as required.

In the accessdev puppet configuration, the ~access directory is installed from the repository https://access-svn.nci.org.au/svn/UM_Admin/accesshome. Therefore installing a module requires adding files to this repository and running svn update in ~access.

The only module installed at the moment is the moose-client-wrapper required for portability of NWP suites. The files on accessdev are identical to those on raijin, except that the line

source /opt/Modules/extensions/extensions.tcl

needs to be removed because {/opt/Modules doesn't exist on accessdev.
