Troubleshoot lighting issues

Using the AnyScene Buttons

If the buttons don’t respond it will be because something else is controlling the lights, this could be:

  • The main lighting desk - found within the left-most AV console.

Remove either of the two leads connected to the rear of the lighting desk and control will be returned to the wall buttons.

  • LightKey on the iMac - the ProPresenter iMac can run a piece of software called LightKey which can control the lights.

Remove the lead connected to the white socket at the back of the space behind the radio receivers and CD player.

Fluorescent Lighting

We generally avoid using the flourescent lights during services and other events, but they can be useful when first arriving in the building.

Note: These are not under control of main lighting desk or AnyScene buttons.

How to turn on/off

Use the switches by the Ogle Road or Lounge doors, or the switch in the projection room under the window to the right of the main projector.

The switches aren't working

The auditorium switches are disabled when the main projection room switches are turned on.
