Known kit issues

IEM 1 (Stereo) Radio pack

• Fault : The headphone socket of radio pack has an intermittent fault, result in audio in only one ear.
• Mitigation : IEM 3(ii) has been reconfigured to act as IEM 1, with stereo.
• Next Action : Radio pack to be sent for servicing

Failed bulbs

• Fault : Bulbs in several of the theatre lights have failed, causing reduced lighting - most pronounced in the evening services
• Mitigation : Limited -- different light scene where possible, discuss with service leaders where to stand for best lighting
• Next Action : Gain access to ladders and loft space to replace bulbs (some also need new fuses) -- giving serious consideration to replacing with modern LED DMX fixtures

ProPresenter memory leak

• Fault : Serious memory leak in ProPresenter, causing it to become increasingly unresponsive and ultimately crashing the whole computer.
• Mitigation : Close ProPresenter after each service and event, and/or restart if you find it running on arrival. Be aware, it is currently taking up to 30secs for ProPresenter to become fully responsive after restart.
• Next Action : Replacement for the iMac is in the process of being commissioned, using the opportunity to rigorously cleanup all libraries - as suspect there's a rogue set of files causing issues.
