AV Keys

Several different keys are required to access various areas of the church in order to access AV equipment and supplies.

The AV Ministry Lead will coordinate a set of keys as individuals become full members of the team.

Access Keys

All team members will receive a key fob and PIN for the Ogle Road door, plus a 5Y key to unlock the top lock of the Projection Room.

Additional Keys

Further keys may be required to access different area of the building. Please ensure they are correctly returned when finished.

Master Key

Since Summer 2024 individuals no longer hold master keys. Instead we can collect a 'master' key from the key press (aka safe) by the Ogle Road door. There are 3 keys available for us by all ministries, it may be necessary to share with other ministries or track down other ministry users.

The master key might be necessary to open the auditorium door, or other doors to move around the building, if you are the first in. The master will almost certainly be needed to get into the church office. The master key shouldn't be needed to access the projection room - we are using only the top 5Y projection room lock.

Keys stored in Projection Room

Immediately inside the Projection Room, on the back wall below the main power switches, is a hook on which the keys for the Auditorium AV Consoles (orange fob) and the Lounge AV Cupboard (red fob).
