safety factor is 1.5 T = 2.5*1.5 = 3.75 by comparing ~60 RPM

safety factor is 1.2. 4 components are require 5 volts and total of current for all 4 components is 210mA multiplying by safety factor 1.2 210 mA*1.2 = 252mA.

1 component require 12v and current 100mA 100*1.2=120mA.

therefore one 5 volt 500mA adapter is required. one 12 volt 500mA adapter is required.
