According to the user(Owner), Worker the Biscuit sandwich Machine should be compact of maximum sixe 1.5 * 1.5 * 1.5 foot and the gross weight should not be more than 4 kgs and should be able to make 2 biscuit sandwich per min , should have storage of at least 40 biscuits and respectively required cream and the machine should be easy to operate and maintenance cost should be very less and cleaning the machine should not be hectic

Final Problem Definition

Objectives

Design a semi-automated biscuit sandwich machine for keeping in outlets/supermarket, which should be able to accept orders and prepare perfect creamed biscuit sandwich as required by the consumer and should be user friendly and even should be easily portable.

Constraints

The machine should not exceed volume of 3.5 cubic foot(1.51.51.5*) and should be able to prepare 2-4 biscuit sandwich per minute and should work for atleast 8 hours a day and budget to build it should not exceed Rs.4000.

Functions

The machine should alert the consumer after their order is ready and serve on plate/tray and should not cream it if the biscuit is damaged/broken, it should alert if there is any malfunction or error occurred and should try to troubleshoot it, the machine should be durable and even look good and attractive.
