About The Project

  • In the Automatic Stamping machine the bottles are moved automatically using a different mechanism like a conveyor belt. Through which the bottles move towards the stamp. And also there is a linear motion while stamping on the bottle. The machine senses the bottle and then stamps it on the bottle. It also alerts the user by giving an alert sound. It displays the total number of bottles that are stamped

In the above image, the printed circuit board is used to control the whole stamping machine. He used DVD drives to move the product and stepper motors to move and rotate the stamp. The stamp first loads the ink on it and rotates about 90 degrees and stamps on a solid cardboard piece. And also, it stops automatically when all the products are stamped.

In the above-mentioned image, the PLC board is used to control the machine. This machine first senses the good and damaged product and then pushes the damaged product then moves the product through a conveyor belt. Then the hydraulic stamping system stamps on the product and then moves the product forward.

Mechanism

Moving the bottle the conveyor belt or chain bottle movement or slide or roll the bottle mechanism. The product also involves sensors like IR sensor or Photoelectric sensor or Ultrasonic sensor. Pressing the stamp by By-gear Mechanism or By hydraulic movement or Mechanical arm for stamping. For display we can use two types of display they are L.C.D display or L.E.D display. For alerting we can use two types Ringing alarm or Blinking light. Finally, for moving the bottle we can use these types of Chain bottle movement or conveyor belt or Sliding/rolling movement of the bottle.
