Introduction

An Auto-Stacker is a machine which allows a queue of product to be fed into it on a conveyor. It will then take one item at a time and stack it onto the next. Once the stack is complete, it is automatically released onto an outfeed conveyor and the machine starts creating a new stack. The reverse operation can also be carried out to automatically De-Stack. This means taking a stack and releasing one item at a time from the stack onto an outfeed conveyor. Its high efficient automation not only saves labourS, but also help to raise productivity.

A conveyor system systematically carries and transports materials, conveyor belt works by using two motorized pulleys that loop over a long stretch of thick, durable material. When motors in pulleys operate at same speed and spin in the same direction, the belt moves between two. Conveyor belt transporting the packs up to an end stops with the sensor. 3.STACKING CRANE

The stacking crane is a system made for lifting & handling the device. Crane has a trolley that runs along the rails located on the top or sides of the boom. The operator runs the trolley over the ship to lift the container. Once the container is locked it is then placed on the truck. The stacking cranes are used to load between the port and the ship, in order to organize and stack it.

4.AMR stacker bot

The Stacker-Bot can store and retrieve on a single trip up to five cases or totes. It can retrieve inventory from the floor, shelf or a conveyor level. The AMR continues to pick up to five SKUs for one trip. the Stacker-Bot uses its two-dimensional camera technology to find its first location. It verifies its position by scanning the barcode on the rack and shelf level. Then, it automatically places the tote or case in the proper SKU location in the back of the flow rack. This operation is done transparently from the picking operator located at the front of the flow rack.

DIY Project

Stacking PhantomX Pincher Robot On the work space, there is 3 assigned places where robot will do stacking. From the first square robot will receive boxes by one, then pick them up and move them to the second square where boxes are stacked together. In this system, full stacks is assigned to be 3 boxes on top of each other, that means when the second square contains 3 boxes, robot will pick up whole stack and move it to the third square, storage area.
