deploying to gh-pages

after pulling from master, there are some manual changes that you might need to make for directories to resolve properly on gh-pages:

1. templateUrl: "/ng-modules/ -> templateUrl: "/the-oregon-trajectory/ng-modules/

don't forget to re-build.sh after making these changes! (also don't expect this new config to work locally)
