Spellcast Weapon
A Spellcast is the weapon in which you cast Spells through. You can load Spells, or Spell "ammo", into a Spellcast of the corresponding element. You cast a Spell by loading a Spell into the Spellcast (Select Ammo) and holding down the Primary Action button AKA Spellcasting. Additionally, you can unlock Secondary Action abilities of a Spellcast which require holding Secondary Action to Channel them. You can craft a Spellcast at a Conjure.
Spellcast Mastery
Learning Spellcast Mastery unlocks the capability to learn Primary and Secondary Action Abilities of Spellcasts. Discover these transcendent abilities within the Sorcery Skill Tree by viewing the Spellcast perk of each element. Once unlocked via Spellcast Mastery, you can then learn any element's Spellcast abilities that've been unlocked.
Spellcast Power / Action Abilities
Once unlocked via Spellcast Mastery, you can learn and embrace the transcendent power of a Spellcast.
- PRIMARY: AKA "Spellcasting" refers to holding your Primary Action Button.
- SECONDARY: AKA "Channeling" refers to holding your Secondary Action Button. Base Channel power of a Spellcast is increased damage and spell projectile speed.
- PASSIVE: These effects and abilities are automatically granted while the Spellcast is active/held.
Using Multiple Spellcasts
It's highly recommended to use a Spellcast for each spell that you wish to cast on the go VS trying to switch Spells mid battle. This is a much more intuitive method of Spellcasting that allows you to take advantage of Spell Synergies and enables quick applying of Stacks.
