Should you need to reorganize a printer group or remove a printer from the pool, controls are accessed through the Badge Printer Manager. Manage 2

Printer options can be accessed by double-clicking on the printer, or through a context menu accessible by right-clicking on a printer. Printer Context

Removing a Printer from a Group

  • Right-click on the printer you need to change

  • Select "Remove from group"

  • The printer is now displayed outside of the printer group.

  • Double-click on a printer to access the printer dialogue and edit the Group name to place the printer in a new group.

Deleting printers from the pool

  • Right-click on the printer to be deleted

  • Select "Delete" from the context menu

  • Deleted printers will have to be re-added to the Badge Printer and added to a group to restore functionality.
