To use the commands in Velocity, simply add the prefix v. For example: /vannounceactionbar

Send an Actionbar to the entire server

It will send an Actionbar to the player who executes the command

Only in Paper

It will send an Actionbar to the players who are in the world of the player who executes the command

Send an Actionbar to a specific player.

Only in Velocity

Send an Actionbar to a specific server.

Arguments:

The message that will appear on the ActionBar

The player to which the announcement will be sent.

The server to which actionbars will be sent to each player present on the server.
