Meeting — Monday 17 August 2026

Present: Alyza, Julianne, Orion, Navini, Caitlin, Abbey

  • Discussed tickets for submission, focusing on the backend
  • Created and agreed on all the tickets are required for the final stretch, for documents, kanban board and login, as well as admin checks.

Meeting — Monday 10 August 2026

Present: Alyza, Julianne, Orion, Navini, Caitlin, Abbey

  • Used planning poker to decide our tickets for the week.
  • Focused this week's work on the front end and some backend components, including user login.

Meeting — Monday 3 August 2026

  • Discussed starting the project and broke the setup work into tasks, to be completed by the following week:
    • Front-end design and wireframes — Caitlin, Abbey, Orion
    • Base React app — Navini, Alyza
    • GitHub repo setup (README, Code of Conduct, license, contributor guidelines) — Navini, Alyza
    • Supabase setup — Julianne

Meeting — Thursday 30 July 2026

Present: Alyza, Julianne, Orion, Navini, Caitlin, Abbey

  • Discussed our intended project. Considered JavaFX but preferred a web app, so chose React and JavaScript in line with the project brief.
  • Completed the project proposal during the meeting.
  • Agreed on meeting times, the tech stack, and the high-level features.
  • Settled on the project idea: an internship tracker.

Meeting — Friday 2 October 2026

  • Went over the A2 brief in detail, figuring out the intended workflow.
  • No tasks assigned yet as we are still deciding on a concrete workflow for this project.

Meeting — Thursday 15 October 2026

  • After deciding on a workflow and confirming with Faith in the lecture, we have decided to assign tasks.
    • Refactoring the fetching plan - Hanxiang
    • Calendar view of applications - Raymond
    • Task management - Tony
    • Notifications - Taiki
    • Job searching/filtering - Susan
    • Job analytics - Jonathan
  • These tasks were assigned a deadline due next tuesday.

Meeting — Wednesday 14 October 2026

  • Finishing up the previously assigned issues, we aimed to finish the rest of the previous group's roadmap.
  • We have assigned tasks to everyone according to the roadmap as of follows:
    • Misc. bug fixes - Susan
    • Housekeeping - Raymond
    • Visual updates - Taiki
    • Refactor greetings & celerbations - Tony
    • Folder restructure - Jonathan
    • Testing framework - Hanxiang
    • Test cases - Everyone
  • This will be the last weekly meeting, so we have also decided to work on updating the wiki as a group after our issues are complete.
