예외) README를 작업할 때에는 
 - base 브랜치를 'feature/#47' 로 한다.
 - 그리고 이 브랜치에서 'featrue/#47-{이름}' 으로 분기를 나눠 작업을 진행하도록 한다.

ex) hotfix/#1
ex) feature/#47-moonhyung

• 새로운 브랜치를 분기 할 때, 꼭 분기점을 확인한다.
  • feature 브랜치는 develop
  • featrue/#47-{이름} 브랜치는 featrue/#47
  • bugfix 브랜치는 develop
  • hotfix 브랜치는 main

feature/bugfix -> develop -> main
