Current Project Status: AMBER

The project is progressing, but we are facing delays in performance testing setup. The environment setup is taking longer than expected, and we're not yet able to run load tests at scale. However, we have completed creating performance testing scenarios, which will allow us to proceed once the environment is fully set up.

Team Goals for the upcoming week:

The team will focus on setting up the performance testing environment and addressing any blockers for load testing. Additionally, we aim to complete the analysis of results from previous tests and begin identifying bottlenecks in the system.

Individual Team Member Status:

HiteshNaval: Worked on analyzing the results of the performance tests and identifying bottlenecks.
This coming week: Continue focusing on the bottleneck analysis and begin implementing improvements based on findings.

PurveshKapadiya: Worked on running load tests for the destination search feature. Encountered challenges with the test environment setup, which slowed progress.
This coming week: Focus on finalizing the load testing and resolving issues with test data inconsistencies.

Pavanrohith25: Completed the creation of performance testing scenarios for different modules, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
This coming week: Assist with setting up the testing environment and address any issues with the performance testing tools.

bnevimal3: Assisted with the performance testing tool setup and the creation of testing scenarios.
This coming week: Continue supporting the performance testing tool setup and ensure that all resources are available for testing.

Team activities:

Team Project Decisions:

• Decision to prioritize resolving issues in the performance testing environment before continuing with large-scale load testing. This was necessary to ensure the accuracy of the results.
