Project Management

  • We use Quip to manage non-code resources, record progress and discuss.
  • Our regular meeting is scheduled on every Tuesday evening, 6pm at GHC.
    • After meeting, one should organize the meeting records and create a team to-do list which is regularly updated and maintained by all of team members.
    • Once the to-do list is cleared, it should be integrated into the corresponding meeting record.
