Wallagi is an engineered race based off Xessian but are separated into their own faction. While they are based off Xessian, Wallagi as a race is still older most race in the galaxy. They started off as a group that wanted to improve their race which faced a lot of opposition. They kept working but in secret and stuffs happens and they barely got away.(Maybe with external help?)
