Sparkles are semi-aquatic crystalized lizards that can be found in Crystal Canyons
They come in 3 variants. (i.e. allurite, lumiere, none)
They can be bred with glow lichen
If a sparkle finds a crystal cluster that is not emitting particles / pollinated, they will walk towards it and bite the crystal to form a shattered variant which will start emitting particles. (The texture will not change but it will start emitting particles)
Right-clicking them with a pickaxe will extract the crystal from the tail
Fortune enchantment can increase the number of crystals that it drops. This will also take 5-10 minutes for crystal regrowth
Silk touch enchantment will drop a cluster instead of shards. This will take 10-20 minutes for crystal regrowth
They will grow a different type of crystal if the extraction has taken place, the regrowth cooldown can be sped up by feeding them with glow lichen
Spectre
Spectres are new flying mobs that can be found in Lichen Caves
They can be bred with lichen shelves which will produce 1-4 specterpillars
They spawn as an ambient mob. So if you want them to be persistent, you need to collect them with a glass bottle and give them a custom name.
In order to spectate them, you need to give it with an allurite shard to make them "spectatable", and link it with a spyglass to get a spectre bound spyglass which can be used to spectate the spectres
Specterpillar
Specterpillar is a new type of offspring that originates from the spectres. These small adorable creatures can grow into a spectre by feeding them a specific amount of lichen shelves. After they stop eating the shelves, they will find the nearest lichen moss and dig into it and plant a lichen cordyceps onto the moss
Preserved
Preserved is a new zombie variant that is always summoned by a causal factor. They can get spawned by Berserker (Mob/Boss).
Preserved is slightly stronger and faster when compared to a regular zombie. Additionally, they will survive in daylight, meaning that they will not conflagrate when exposed to sunlight.
Mole
Mole is a new animal that likes to dig in rocks and soil, and they occasionally like to chill in their mole burrows
Mole can be bred with spider eyes
Mole will make a mole burrow if they are fed with silverfish
Moles will target silverfish
Moles will avoid flowers like allium
When a mole returns to their burrows, they will store a pouch in the mole burrows which can be collected by hand
