Activating/deactivating symbols on the classifier level (@michal7352) (#166)

• Now, activating/deactivating of symbols takes place also in the classifier module (not only in databox), which causes that two similar symbols don't cover each other when one is active and another is inactive.

Enable user to choose to the time program waits before classifying (@piotrekp1) (#121)

• Allow the user to choose the time program waits for continuing drawing until it starts classifying. Enabled mode in which program starts classifying with the raise of a finger.
