Small Molecules - tromsdahl/personal-site GitHub Wiki

Background

The Small Molecules side of MSF performs targeted metabolomics and lipidomics analyses. Assays are available for absolute or relative quantitation for most panels. The established assays are performed on SCIEX QTRAP 6500 and 7500 mass spectrometers with Waters UHPLCs.

Additionally, Small Molecules performs pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PKPD) studies to determine the Adsorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Elimination (ADME) of drugs of interest in order to improve their efficacy.

Below are links to key resources used by the Small Molecules team, including checklists, standard operating protocols (SOPs), and other reference material.
