Deploy the configuration profile (.mobileconfig) to a test Mac over the air using Apple’s Push Notification service (APNs) or download and install the .mobileconfig file manually using Terminal:

sudo profiles -IF /Users/Shared/Microsoft_Outlook_2016_First_Run.mobileconfig

It should appear in the Profiles pane of System Preferences under Device Profiles.
