Anvil is an open-source automated tool.

The goal of the effort is to develop an open-source automated tool for design evaluation, data generation, and optimization involving computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis and solve twin problems:

1. Automate the design evaluation process in the complex engineering design that involves CAD and CFD for the evaluation of a design.
2. Integrate the state-of-the-art AI-based optimization packages and methods - called Bayesian optimization.
