What is an Espresso Recipe?

To brew a nice shot of espresso, you need to "dial in" the recipe. Meaning, you need to know:

1. Weight of beans needed
2. How course to grind the beans
3. How hot the water should be
4. Pre-soak the beans
5. And Notes of previous results to suggest any changes to the recipe

Remembering all that information for 3 different types of beans was impossible, so I over-engineered a solution.

Why 3 different types of beans

I usually keep decaf and caffeinated beans, and a small container for either specialty, or to hold the last of a previous bag.
