The Compassion Collective exists to create a more compassionate, equitable, and inclusive world by fostering community resilience, empowerment, and meaningful participation.

We envision a society where every individual—regardless of neurodiversity, disability, or background—is able to contribute their unique strengths and talents to the collective good, thrive in their personal and professional lives, and co-create just and sustainable systems.

Through innovative support structures, equitable opportunities, and advocacy for social and economic justice, we empower both our members and the communities we serve.

TCC operates within a holarchical system, where each member (or holon) retains autonomy while contributing to the health of the whole. Unlike hierarchical models, power is decentralized and consent-based—promoting agility, inclusiveness, and shared responsibility.

Key Principles of Holarchical Governance:

  • Decentralized Decision-Making: Everyone has a voice. Power flows horizontally through circles of trust and care.
  • Empowerment Through Participation: Each member contributes their gifts in meaningful, self-directed ways.
  • Collective Agency: Members are supported in leading initiatives aligned with both their passions and community needs.

✅ Consent-Based Governance

We use a consent-based model of governance, where decisions move forward when no one has a reasoned objection. This ensures collective will, deeper listening, and shared ownership of outcomes.

🔥 The Nine Lamps Initiative

The Nine Lamps is our spiritual and psychosocial wellness model, rooted in diverse and inclusive pathways to inner healing and communal transformation. It includes:
