Instructions

To list notes in the system, select option 8 in the menu and choose which notes you want to see.

Several options are available:

• All - Show all notes in the system
• Active - Only show the active notes (not archived)
• Archived - Only show the archived notes
• By Priority - Only show notes with a priority of your choosing
• Stale - Only show notes that have not been updated in x days (you choose how many)
• Important - Only show notes that have a priority of 1

You can choose one of these using their respective number on the menu.

Outcomes

If everything works successfully, you will be shown the notes under that category.

If something goes wrong (when you enter an invalid value for example), you will be prompted to enter a correct value.
