How to install using dnscrypt-proxy

Download the combined dnscrypt-proxy blacklist

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/notracking/hosts-blocklists/master/dnscrypt-proxy/dnscrypt-proxy.blacklist.txt

Update blacklist_file in your dnscrypt-proxy configuration file (default: 'dnscrypt-proxy.toml')
Restart dnscrypt-proxy
Add a daily cronjob to update the blocklist and restart dnscrypt-proxy
